Sands of Luce Holiday Park are welcoming static caravan owners from across the country onto its beachside holiday park. The draw of its idyllic beachside location is an undeniable influence yet there are many more key reasons owners make the move.
Here we look at the main motives behind this new trend and investigate a little further. Read on to discover what makes people make the move and how simply it is done.
2015 site fees were priced at £1720 inclusive of VAT and rates. For a 4 star coastal park running an 11month season, this is extremely competitive.
Sands of Luce is an immaculately maintained park with many exciting modern facilities including The Lighthouse Bar, Beach Hut Cafe, StrEatery 82, boat storage, slipway, play park and games rooms. Perfect for enjoyment and comfort of the whole family. But don’t take our word for it check out our many positive on-line reviews.
Sands of Luce is family run. This results in a calm relaxed park far from the large corporate multi-park ownership operations. Here we know our customers on first name terms and are always available for a chat.
That’s right we don’t suffer from the dreaded midge! Here you can sit out on your decking in comfort without being eaten alive. Read more here.
This is what really sells the park! Our unique position on the beautiful sandy shores of Luce Bay.
We have no age limit on static caravans. Once you have a caravan on site you can keep it for as long as you like. All we ask is that the caravan is kept clean and presentable. This truly is a unique feature of any park!
Right away! All we need is to meet you and to arrange a park orientation. This is where we approve any caravan for coming on site. Caravans must be less than 10 years old and our preference is green in colour.
We charge transport at cost and have discounts running on the siting and commissioning of your caravan. Costs vary so best discussed in person or over the phone.
We only have a very limited number of pitches available for relocations so our advice is to contact the park straight away. Even if your caravan is not ready to move you can reserve a pitch for a moving date to be arranged at your convenience.
