Sands of Luce Holiday Park makes for the ideal base from which to explore our beautiful area. STB 4 Star Holiday ParkSands of Luce Holiday Park makes for the ideal base from which to explore our beautiful area. To the south of our park we have the Mull of Galloway. This is Scotland's most southerly point, with 300 foot high cliffs offering views of Ireland, the Isle of Man, England and Scotland. There is an award winning eco-cafe there too, with stunning cliff top views.

The local village of Sandhead (an easy stroll along the beach) has an Internet Cafe, Bowling, Tigh Na Mara Hotel, Tennis Court, Tea Room and a large village green. There are also plenty of places to wine and dine locally, Portpatrick, for example, and there is the Colfin Smokehouse for those who want to sample award winning local smoked produce.

The BBC TV series "2000 Acres of Sky" was filmed in and around the Rhins of Galloway - nearby Port Logan was the fictional 'island' of Ronansay, whilst Portpatrick stood in for 'the mainland. The award winning Logan Botanic Garden is about 4 miles away from our park, and includes multi-language interpretation, cafe, plant sales and more. Or for the more energetic, why not try a day's sea angling for Tope with local skipper Ian Burrett Charter Hire?

For golfers we have seven (!)  Golf Courses within easy reach of Sands of Luce Holiday Park, including the award winning course at Stranraer, on the shore of Loch Ryan. We run a family friendly park and take great pride in our quality of customer care, welcome and local knowledge. Your holiday break is as important to us as it is to you! If you need further assistance, or to learn more about our Holiday Home ownership offers, (Finance available!) please do not hesitate to contact Richard or Ronnie Copeland. 01776 830456
